2011 brought the heartache that comes when you lose a close friend or member of your family; in this case it was with the passing of my very good friend, Barb Garrett (Summerset LaManchas).  Barb always said her herd was a "Tiny little division of Winterwood Farms", which in fact it was. With Barb's passing, Ann Hodges (Winterwood Farms) decided to only retain the older does and breed them to her Boer buck, so she offered me the 2011 doe kids (minus one that was already in a new home), along with the Winterwood semen tank and whatever semen was in it.  At this time I am retaining the three doe kids listed below.  All three are late February kids and will be bred to freshen in March.  I know I will not be able to keep all of the first fresheners on this page so some will be offered for sale after they freshen.  Please let me know if you would like to be on the list of those that want to be contacted after the does freshen and I decide which few will stay and who will be sold.  I will be listing the available semen on this website very soon.
